watertight double bottom construction.
Bottom is 3/8" 5086 Marine grade aluminum.

Side Shell 3/8" 5086 Marine grade aluminum

Bimini Top 5/32" Marine grade aluminum
Cabin 1/4 " and 3/16" Marine grade aluminum

A proper weld in aluminum is at least as strong as the metal it joins, so an aluminum yacht, including frames, stringers, gussets, bulkheads, deak and all other zillion pieces, becomes essentially a one-piece structure.
