The
main deck of ABD's 7200 Expedition Trawler series features an
expansive richly finished salon with large windows to brighten the
atmosphere. A seven person settee style eating area fits in nicely
adjacent to the open galley. The galley is arranged and equipped to
premium standards, with granite counter tops, and is separated from
the salon by a granite bar top and stools. A deep full height pantry
is conveniently located, and adds plenty of additional storage.
The salon
opens to the covered aft teak deck, with lounge seating for four
people. A pair of stairs from the aft deck to the swim platform
provides easy boarding access. An alarmed, full height door on the
swim platform is a secondary and practical access to the lazarette,
engine room, or optional crew quarters.
Access to
the three forward staterooms is by a circular staircase. The Owner’s
luxurious full beam stateroom has a king size bed, his and hers
wardrobe closets, and four oversized opening port lites. Two large
opening port lights also brighten the owner’s ensuite. The starboard
guest stateroom has a queen size bed and the port guest stateroom has
a two to four single berth arrangement. Both have large opening port
lites located safely above the waterline, and their own nicely
finished ensuite lavvy with top of the line fixtures.
The
spacious wheelhouse features a splendid 270° view, six person settee
with granite table, full size granite and vinyl control console and
teak and maple decks. A full height door leads from the wheel house to
the boat and fly bridge decks. The fly bridge is protected by a bimini
hard top, and also has a six person settee, table and a bar sink. This
is another great area for entertaining, eating, or relaxing.
The 7200 is
a vessel that must be viewed in order to appreciate her splendor!
